Timings
Yes – it’s an early morning – but the Parks are beautiful in the morning and you’ll feel amazing afterward…
The key timings are:
8:00am – Baggage tent opens in Hyde Park
9:00am – Make your way to the Pulse3K meeting area at the Football Fields in Hyde Park
9:30am – Our race leaders will guide you from the Pulse3K meeting area to the main stage where you will do a warm up
9.45am – Race starts in Hyde Park (Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon starts at 9.30am in Hyde Park)
11:30am – estimated time of presentation to the fastest girl and boy on the main stage

10:00am – Finish time for the speed demons!
10:15am – Finish time for the average runners
10:30am – Finish time for those who are busy soaking up the atmosphere

Start
The run starts in Hyde Park, just by the main Festival site. You can store any belongings at the free baggage tent in Hyde Park.
Finish
The run finishes in Hyde Park by the Brakes Food & Fitness Festival Village
Drop off and reunion areas
Precise details and maps will follow showing drop-off and reunion points for parents/carers with younger runners. If parents wish to have a personal drop off and pick up, then they will be given a wristband that matches their child and only those wearing these wristbands will be allowed into the fenced reunion area at the finish in Hyde Park.
Prizes
Great news – everyone who finishes gets at least two prizes! All finishers will receive:
- A limited-edition bamboo race t-shirt
- 2010 finishers medal
Category Winners
Each male and female winner in each category will win a fantastic pack of goodies like mobile phones and trainers. The race categories are:
- Year 7 (11 years old)
- Years 8 – 9 (12 – 13 year olds)
- Years 10, 11 & 12 (14 – 16 year olds)
